1. Orders & Shipping

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we provide free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $150 (excluding taxes).


Q: What shipping carriers do you use?
We ship via USPS and FedEx. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost, which is calculated at checkout.


Q: How long does it take to process and ship my order?
• Processing Time: Please allow three business days for all orders.
• Shipping Time: Varies depending on the method selected at checkout.


Q: What happens if my package is lost in transit?
Once an order leaves our facility, Carl-Winston is not responsible for lost or undelivered items. If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.


Q: What if I enter the wrong shipping address?
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a $15 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. A $20 restocking fee applies for incorrect addresses. A new order must be placed to receive your product at the correct address.

 

2. Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
All sales are final. However, if you receive an incorrect item, you may qualify for a refund or exchange.

Q: What are the eligibility requirements for a return?
To qualify for a return, items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In their original packaging
• With all tags attached
• Accompanied by a receipt and order number


Q: How do I initiate a return or exchange?
To request a return or exchange, email us at info@carl-winston.com with your order details and a photo of the merchandise. If approved, returns should be sent to:

Q: How do exchanges work?
Once a return is accepted, a new order must be placed for the desired item. Exchanges must be initiated and completed within 30 days of product delivery.


Q: Do you accept returns on sale items or gift cards?
No, all sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


3. Refunds

Q: How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.


Q: What should I do if I have not received my refund?
If 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact info@carl-winston.com for assistance.


4. International Orders
Q: Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not offer international shipping.


Q: What is the European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period?
Customers receiving shipments in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and includes all packaging and tags.


5. Business Days & Holiday Closures

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on the following U.S. federal holidays:
